Our client is now part of Experian, one of the most successful business information providers in the UK. Consisting of 130 employees based at a modern single site location in North Notts, our client sells online credit reference and business data to UK SMEs. Due to their continued success they are looking for an experienced Sales Coach to join their expanding outbound business to business telesales team based in Ollerton.

Sales Coach : Job Description:
: Experienced Sales Coach with responsibility for the training and development of approximately 60 new and experienced outbound telesales agents within a growing business.
: Reporting directly to the Head of New Business Sales and also working closely with the New Business Supervisory and Management team.
: Working for a leading provider of business information selling credit reference products to UK businesses.
: Working within a successful sales team and business built around a culture of integrity, simplicity, service and growth, with a mission to make money and have fun.
: Providing hands:on:coaching on the sales floor on a daily basis including call listening, delivering feedback, agreeing improvement plans and managing under performance.
: Designing and delivering induction training for new starters and advanced sales skills training for experienced sales agents. Also delivering technical/product knowledge training to the whole department for new product releases.
: Line management of new starters during their first 6 weeks of employment including daily coaching and feedback, weekly one to one reviews, attendance management and performance management as required.
: Creating and facilitating regular energisers and team activities for the whole department.
: This is a critical role in a growing sales business where people are genuinely the prime asset and critical to the success of the business plan.

Sales Coach : Person Specification:
: Must have previous success as a sales coach/trainer within an outbound telesales environment
: In order to lead by example, must also have proven success as an outbound business to business telesales agent
: Must be confident with technology and quick to learn new IT systems
: Must be creative in the design and delivery of training solutions
: Passionate about sales and people development
: Ability to analyse sales figures and identify under performance
: Dynamic with strong drive and motivation to improve sales results
: Self motivated and self managing
: Good at planning and organising their own time and tasks
